Instructions
1.This pass book shall be kept under safe custody.
2.It shall be the responsibility of the doctor and organizing secretary of the CME to keep this pass book up to date.
3.Program accredited by the Delhi Medical Council shall only be eligible for credit hours to the extent accredited by the Council.
