1. How can I renew my DBCP Registration Certificate online?

Kindly browse the DBCP website URL (www.dbcpdelhi.org) on your desktop or laptop device only.

  1. Click on "Renewal of Registration" navigation under the Apply Online section.
  2. Click on "Register Profile" at the top right corner of the webpage and fill in the basic information to get a password, etc., on your registered email ID. If you already have the password and login details, kindly log in with these credentials at the renewal of registration.
  3. Once the password is sent to your registered email ID, use the registered email ID/user ID to log in at the renewal of registration to proceed further. Note: If the password is not received in your inbox, kindly check the spam section also. If you face any issues, drop a mail to the technical support team at contact@dbcpdelhi.org.
  4. If anything gets stuck in between, please stop there and drop a mail at contact@dbcpdelhi.org.

2. What documents are required to proceed with the renewal of DBCP registration?

List of documents required before proceeding with the renewal application (to be uploaded during the application process):

  • Scanned copy of the Registration Certificate (PDF format)
  • Scanned copy of the DBCP ID Card (PDF format). If the ID card is not available, kindly refer to the FAQ section.
  • Recent passport-size photograph with white background (not older than three months) in JPG format
  • Scanned copy of Aadhaar Card (PDF format)
  • Scanned copy of Signature (JPG format)
  • Scanned copy of Delhi address proof (any one of the following: Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or Electricity Bill) in PDF format
  • Scanned copy of the Health Professional Registry (HPR) Certificate — mandatory to apply for Renewal Registration

3. What is the procedure to collect the renewal certificate after it gets ready, as confirmed by the name appearing in the completed list of applications on the DBCP website?

You are requested to check and confirm your name in the "Completed List of Applications" option on the home page of the DBCP website, which is updated monthly, at https://dbcpdelhi.org/council-meeting.

Please note that you need to visit DBCP in person to collect the certificate. This is intentional — at least once every five years, you get the opportunity to visit the DBCP office and interact with officers and officials, which helps improve the bonding and allows both sides to share inputs to improve DBCP's services.

If it is not possible for you to visit in person even after five years, you may authorize any person to collect it on your behalf by providing an authority letter along with the person's copy of a valid ID proof.

The listed copies of certificates can be submitted at the time of receiving the Renewal Registration certificate, whenever it gets ready. To receive the DBCP Renewal Certificate from the DBCP office, visit Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Please submit the following documents:

  • Original Previous Registration certificate of DBCP
  • Original DBCP Identity card
  • 4 passport size photos with white background (not older than the last three months)

4. How can I receive the DBCP Renewal Certificate?

To receive the DBCP Renewal Certificate from the DBCP office, visit Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

  • Original DBCP Identity card
  • 4 passport size photos with white background (not older than the last three months)

5. What are the required documents to submit before collecting my original registration from the DBCP office? Also, can I send any person if I may not be able to come personally to receive the same?

You may check the details of your name in the List of Completed Applications available on the home page of our website https://dbcpdelhi.org/. The required documents to submit are mentioned at https://www.dbcpdelhi.org/council-meeting.

Please provide the authorization letter to the person who is coming to DBCP to collect the certificate on your behalf, and also please note that the person should carry a photo ID card in original to show and a copy of the ID card to submit.

6. How can I apply for my renewal registration online, if I lost my DBCP Certificate or DBCP ID card?

You need to register an FIR online and upload the FIR copy in the documents upload section.

7. How can I apply for my renewal online, if I did not receive the DBCP ID Card in the previous term?

You may write an application to the Registrar, DBCP, stating that you didn't receive the ID card in the previous term, and upload a copy of the application at the ID card column.

8. How to find the renewal registration and provisional registration fee?

9. Am I supposed to get my Registration certificate through post?

The certificate permitting medical practice is a sensitive document. There is a significant risk of loss in transit. To avoid this, the safer option is to collect it directly from the office of DBCP. Instructions for receiving the certificate are explained at the DBCP website under the tab "List of Completed Applications" at the home page of www.dbcpdelhi.org. You are requested to kindly go through the same.

10. Is document verification required after applying online for renewal registration with DBCP?

There is no provision for physical document verification after applying online for renewal registration with DBCP. However, the copies of certificates listed below can be submitted at the time of receiving the Renewal Registration certificate, whenever it gets ready — this way you can avoid visiting the DBCP office multiple times.
